Young Families

Young Ones Get to Gather Too!

Here at Tamid, we believe everyone deserves to have a Jewish community, especially our young children. Giving warm, welcoming, and engaging Jewish experiences to young children is a gift to us all. Parents are always a part of the fun and get to meet new friends too!

Join us at our upcoming events for young children:

Here are our scheduled fall gatherings for children ages 0-7:

Rosh Hashanah Young Family Gathering, September 23rd, 9-9:45am

Just us for a Tiny Tamid Rosh Hashanah! Introduce your young children (infants to age 7) and family to the “Birthday of the World,” with joyous singing and praying for your young family. Your children will be amazed by the shofar, engaged by story-telling, and moved by the wonder of this holiday. Children will be treated to sweets and a special holiday gift! We’re gathering at Generations.

Yom Kippur Young Family Gathering, October 2nd, 9-9:45am

Join us for a Tiny Tamid Yom Kippur! Introduce your young children (infants to age 7) and family to the age-appropriate messages of Yom Kippur with singing and praying crafted for your young family. Your children will be amazed by the shofar, engaged by story-telling, and moved by the wonder of this holiday. The gathering takes place at Generations.

Tiny Tamid Shabbat Songs & Stories in the Sukkah! October 11th, 10am

Introduce your young children and the whole family to the harvest festival of Sukkot. Everyone will get to enjoy the Sukkah (the special hut for the holiday), wave the lulav and etrog (the special produce from the Holy Land), and enjoy a harvest-themed meal.
