Refund Policy

Refund Policy

At Tamid, we strive to keep our members and students happy and we stand behind everything we do. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your experience, we’d appreciate the opportunity to make it right.

Annual Membership

After five days of joining Tamid, or if you join and attend Holiday services within those first five days,  Annual Membership becomes fully non-refundable. If you made a mistake within those first five days and did not intend to become a member at Tamid, we will return 90% of your membership enrollment fees within 30 days. Membership dues are fully tax deductible.

Tamid School

Tuition fees are due upon enrollment. Refunds will be allowed based on the following reasons:

  • The student moves 10 miles or further from Lower Manhattan
  • The student becomes immobilized and cannot attend the program
  • Within the first 2 sessions of the semester, the student determines they do not wish to continue for any reason

Events, Classes, and Programs

Full refunds will be provided up to 7 days prior to the beginning of the event, class, or program. For on-going courses with more than 2 sessions, refunds will be prorated based on the cost of the course and the number of total sessions.

How and When Refunds Are Processed for the School and Events, Classes, and Programs.

We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve determined the legitimacy of the reason for refunds.  In most cases, we’ll issue a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within four weeks of our receiving your request.

How Refunds Are Calculated

We will prorate the refund based on the cost of the course and the number of sessions minus a 10% administrative fee in most cases.
